Our Mission Mandates

Provide spiritual life coaching for believers so they may be Sent each day to bear witness to the love of Christ.

Challenge, equip and resource Church leaders so they may be sent to be missional companions and spiritual life coaches for others in Christ's name.

Shepherd Christian congregations and leaders in processes of discernment and organizational development so they may be effective witnesses of the Triune God, sent into the world to proclaim Christ in word and action.

Model and encourage all communities of believers to be a demonstration plot of God's intention for all creation as they are sent in partnership as faithful witnesses of Christ modeled on the loving union of the Holy Trinity.

Some of the Pathways We Offer

• Individual and group spiritual life coaching/direction.
• Organizational and process assessment and development.
• Assistance in producing a comprehensive mission strategy and development plan.
• Review of administrative practices.
• Referrals to organizational psychologists and process management experts, all schooled in the missional church movement and theologically well grounded.
