The Celtic Hound Network (CHN) specializes in spiritual life coaching and organizational development. For secular and religious groups, we offer an expertise in organizational diagnosis, strategic intervention, and process planning with attention to leadership and team development. For leaders, we provide a supportive environment from which they may take a balcony view and find direction.

In addition, living into the organic nature of life today and recognizing what it takes for an organization to be viable, we also support a network of consultants and counselors whose life work is to serve people in leadership positions, especially those within a transitional time.

One of the new initiatives of the Celtic Hound Network is the institution of The Iona School of Spiritual Direction. The Iona School offers an on-line certificate program in Spiritual Direction as a response to research with congregations and judicatories.
